Just bought my own little house, after 15 years of renting! It's a nice, compact place ... within biking distance of my work and to my wonderful downtown (which includes hiking trails, lake, art galleries, library, post office and so on). So content in my less than 800 sq. ft. home. Wanting to do my own repairs and such without always having to have someone else's husband do it for me!
