My husband & I bought our first house last Dec. It's a 1956 "Mid-century Modern" (MCM) one story in Albuquerque NM. Although I fell in love with the pink kitchen appliances, pink tiled counters, & the numerous cabinets with their 1-1/2 inch copper beveled drawer pulls, we've had to remove the I-Love-Lucy kitchen features & start over. Some day this will be a showcase!

How can I change tiled window sills?
"When our 1956 house was remodeled in the mid 1980's, the owners chose to tile each window sill in the house with slightly textured beige ceramic tiles. Each tile is 12" long, 7" deep.
