These hinges are great because not only are they hidden, but you are easily able to adjust the door for alignment once it is installed.

Like Brooke said you have to inset a side. I haven't done this yet because whenever I order new doors I have them predrilled for the hinges. I would check that part out before going further.

They're called European- or Blum-hinges. They require a special drill bit to make the pocket hole in the back of the door, and jigs to properly align the hinge positions on the door and frame. And it's important that the hole on the door be square and to a specific depth - too short and the door won't close - too deep and you could drill through the front of the door!
