cigarette smoke and the pollutant

i drive a semi long haul. the driver that had this truck before me smoked a lot lot lot. the tar is pealing off the walls like paint and the stuff is in the air conditioner vents. my eyes, and sinuses are inflamed. my clean clothes in my suit case smell like smoke. what can i do?

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

couple of things I would recommend one quick cheap fix is there is this spray called Ozium I think that is how it is spelled, it is the best for removing smells that I have found, the other thing I accidentally knocked over a gas can in the back of by car one time and the carpet steaming people that did my house were able to steam the interior of my car and that was pricey but completely removed the smell.
