I work at a school with suspended ceilings. As an avid "freecycler" I have the custodian save any stained or broken tiles instead of filling up the dumpster. Viola! I have my 10'x12' shed totally insulated with reused tiles cut to size. Yes, completion has taken 3 years but it was totally free! No one sees the small moisture stains from ac condensation, leaky skylights, "oops" broken tiles, or sections teachers painted with constellations. I have a quiet warm shed with ceiling tiles behind my rescued paneling.
