Hi everybody, I wouldn't describe myself as a handywoman but I am getting there. Does anybody have any personal experience or knowledge with cedar siding? I have a small area around the main door that is pastel green vinyl siding, which I would like to change to cedar siding for a cleaner look. Since it's a small area, I figured I should be able to do it myself but I have no idea where/how to start because I am afraid I won't do some important things (like isolation) correctly. Would you know how to do it? Or is that the kind of job that calls for a professional? Thanks in advance!
