carpet edges, laying new press & seal tiles.............

I am about to pull up carpet in only certain area of my house and lay press & peel tiles. How do I secure the carpet edges next to the tile (need good carpet sealant) and how do I make neat edges???

I think what you need is called a transitional edge( although this may not be the specific name. Depending on what type of floor you are transitioning to there is either a metal or wood strip that allows your carpet, wood etc to "transtion" easily. In other words cover up the strip that joins the two materials.
