I have a new puppy and want to install a doggy door in my kitchen door. The door is steel, but not solid. That is part of the problem. My boyfriend says the edges where the hole is cut to install the doggy door will ripple since the door is hollow. It also has raised panels. Any suggestions? Do I need to get a new door?
