Burn in Countertop

I was burning a jar candle on my countertop. Well, the candle jar burst and burnt this spot on my countertop. The burnt spot, raised up and cracked in the middle. I just bought this countertop like a year ago when we remodled the kitchen. We need to fix this so that it won't be there when we sell the house this summer. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks

I also did the same thing you did....with the candle. I couldn't find a response to your question. Did you find a way to repair or camouflage the burn? Please help. Thanks!

No. I haven't found anyway to camouflage the burn. I have arranged my kitchen appliances on my countertops so that my large mixer sits over it...not the best, but noone offered any help, sorry. Good luck with yours!!!
