I'm replacing an existing ceiling fan. It was mounted on a 1/2" extension rod. The new fan fits a 3/4" extension rod. Once installed the fan does not hang straight using the 3/4" rod. I've purchased a sloped ceiling adapter kit which supports a slope up to 45 degrees but it doesn't solve the problem. Fairly sure my ceiling is not that steep. Any ideas?
