Toilet supply line valve on wall leaking, old and not budging - help!

The valve connected to the wall has been there since the 50's. It has begun to leak and needs to be replaced. It won't budge! Doused with WD40 and 24 hrs later it moved an 1/8". Spraying for the next two days with silicone to see if that helps. I'm afraid if I put too much pressure will break the pipe. Thanks in advance for your help on this one!

Go ahead and force it, if the nipple coming through the wall breaks off you can purchase a tool that is called a nipple extractor from the hardware store. They come in differant pipe sizes [yours is probably either 3/8' or 1/2"].
