Looking for women carpenters!!!!

Hello, my name is Tracy Clemons. I live in Anaconda Montana and I started my own construction company about 2 years ago......The ONLY woman owned company in this part of the state!!! We are in need of 2 or 3 women that have knowledge about carpentry...Preferably knowledge in framing and finish work. I was hoping that maybe this site would help me find the "woman power" we need!!! To tell you a little about us: We are a young company that is growing VERY rapidly. We do all phases of remodeling and new construction. We are hoping to start building houses within the next year or so....making us the only women homebuilders around our area. I guess I could go on and on, but I guess I should just stick to the point: We need women that are wanting to join our team and grow with us. hi Tracy I also own my own reconstruction business/remodiling. I had worked with several larger firms prior to opening my own niche business. But now-I would like to hone my skills. Hi Darlene, you know, I cant think of anything right off hand. Except, trying to find a college that offers extra training. I used to live on the East coast, but it has been a long time, so Im not up to date on whats out there anymore. I do know that the colleges around here offer some speciality carpentry classes.
