Painting over wallpaper
"I recently bought a home and the previous owner painted the over the bathroom wallpaper. I don't see any seams - so I think she did a pretty good job of covering those. I hate the color and thought about just repainting over it...can I do this? Do I need to add a primer? Should it be oil based or water based and how many times can the paper be pain..."
