For some reason, my dishwasher has water still in the bottom part of the dishwasher. The water looks soapy. I checked the strainer and it is clean. We just recently replaced the garbage disposal. Could this be causing the problem. The dishes look clean but I am worried because of the soapy water. What should I check and how should I fix it? Thank you!
