My front door is recessed which you get to via a small entryway. The entry opening is very plain, with a narrow, white plain vinyl trim around it. (The house has vinyl siding.) I think this entry is unattractive and looks like a large rectangular hole in the wall. I'm thinking I could improve the appearance by attaching a decorative molding around the entire opening but don't know how best to do this. This entry would be exposed to inclement weather. I've uploaded a photo of the front of the house. (The large opening on the right is the garage.)
