Re-doing the whole house!

In the past 2 years my husband and I have replaced almost everything in our home built in 1979 except the bathrooms and they are next! We have done interior paint, all doors, windows and flooring in the main areas. We have purchased a couple of new appliances in the kitchen too. What a difference from the chateau look of the early 80's with an over done southwest decor to a more modern look. I'm eager to start on the sun room and bathroom remodels this spring.

My husband and I are about to close on our first house. I already have plans that involve redoing everything!! I was estimating it would take us a year or two to get everything done that we wanted and get the house perfect for us. Glad to know my estimate wasn't far off and that someone else has gone through what we're about to and survived, lol.
