Hello I am so excited to hear that you are here to support me. I am assisting my mother with her rentals (15) I have been learning bit by bit but I know that I can really repair or renovate. My master bathroom needs renovating. I started just cleaning the grout.........then it started to come up.........then I noticed that the previous owner just applied caulk over a diaster to give it a sell now/buy now appearance. My mother bought this house for me as a gift 2700 sq ft of surprises. She did not see what the little tricks that sellers use to hide such flaws...........so now I have to do what is needed as these challenges appear. How to renovate a small master bathroom covered in pink 1967 tile .........all around the window.......half way down the bathroom walls the shower step and the entire shower. Because I live in OK...........shifting clay is an issue that the seller addressed by having the foundation/structure lifted. There is a crack in the floor streching the entire length..... and further examination has revealed the would subfloor boards are the consistency of crackers! I believe that the support beams are sound. Visually I just want to toss a bomb in there and close the door. I want to remove the wall paper,wall tile,floor and shower tile. I CAN DO IT I want to renovate the bathroom............hold my had and tell me how I AM NOT AFRAID I AM THAT I AM THANKS KATHLEEN ABASS
