Fluorescent light diffuser panels
"Fluorescent light diffuser panels--the panels that look like cloud scenes? I found one popular source online. HOWEVER, they advise NOT to use the panels for window or skylight applications.
I want to cut one to size for my basement windows (9.5" x 27").
Why can't I use those? What else will give the same effect?
