Pink Tile, Help!!!!!!

I have a bathroom with tile floor done in a pink hue. The tile are 12x12 in a small bathroom. The wall tile are also pinkish but they have seashells along the border in the shower stall. I'm bored with the room and want to add some warme winter colors. Other than blue and grey does anyone have any suggestions?

You can paint tile, but it

You can paint tile, but it is a bit time consuming. It is a special paint that bonds to the tile, but the tile has to be sanded first. The good thing is that you don't have to completely replace the tile. Bad thing is, well it is time consuming and it makes a bit of a mess.

Why not try somthing different?

I'm exactly the same way, I always want the different areas of my home to reflect the varying seasons. One way to make it feel more wintery would be to add colors like Eggplant and Burgundy in the form of a new shower curtain or towels. Or you could even be a bit daring and add a brown to it. Actually I've seen pink and brown a great deal lately as a very "chic" combo!

We have pink tile aound our tub and on the counter in the bathroom. WHen we first moved it I hated it. Since then I painted the walls a chocolate brown, added wainscotting and painted it white and painted the cabinets white. It looks really good and is now my favorite room in the house. (we also got new light and faucet fixtures which helped too). It isn't winter, but it looks good.

I have a newly carpeted and paneled basement in my TH, but I need to use the space for laundry, exercise equipment (which I hope to use oneday after doing my BeJane mirrored walls. I just need to make it more livable and fun to go to instead of "the place to do laundry. Any helpful ideas. Also use this as the storage place for X-mas decorations, wrapping paper and all the crap we don't want upstairs. Please - please - someone help me. TIA
