Water Behind The Wall


Hi,
Can someone weigh in with their opinion on this one: I live in a condo and about a year ago, my wall began to ripple near the ceiling. Turns out the woman 2 floors up had a leaky sink (for years!) and it had finally reached my wall. The condo assoc. got involved and my wall got repaired and repainted at no charge. I have now noticed a few new spots in a slightly different area - more in the middle of the wall - is this possibly left over from the problem last year? Or a new leak? Has anyone dealt with this before?

orange-sounds like it very well could have been the original problem that they didn't fix correctly the first time. I'd be in touch with the condo assoc-explain your past history, etc-and see what they can do on their end.
