Electrical outlet in bathroom

The bathroom out is out in both bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. I checked the breaker box and all seems well. I need to know how to change the outlet. My husband knows nothing on electrical and my son won't touch anything electrical. I am willing to try to learn how.

I am having the same problem in both my bathrooms. It is only in the bathrooms. I have checked the breaker box and everything looks fine. Any suggestions? What am I missing?
