I am repainting my kitchen cabinets a gorgeous lime green (not yet finished in the pictures). We have a pretty small kitchen and we don't have cabinet doors.
I'd like to create the illusion of more space by painting the back, inside wall of the cabinets a different color than the rest of the cabinets, but I'm not sure which color will look good.
I was thinking about a bright metallic silver, but I don't know if it will clash with the stainless steel on the walls. I also thought about black, but I'm worried it will make everything look too dark.
The sink is white, the appliances are black and white, or black and stainless steel. The floor is black and white checkered tile. We have accents of colbalt blue on the track lights and opposite door (not shown).
Any suggestions?
