door bell

Hi this is my first post. My door bell chime has stopped working. How can I go about figuring out what has happeded and how torepair it. I am not sure where I need to start. Any ideas? Thanks

have you checked the breakers? Is it a batery operated? Has one of the wires in the switch come loose? Maybe one of the wires in the chime itself? luck, GErald
