vertical blinds

I am having some difficulty getting my vertical blinds to open all the way. I pull the string and it only goes to a certain point and stops. Does anyone have any advice of where to look for instructions on how to fix this problem????

That's a tough one... maybe you can give a few more details. Are there any knots on the string that you draw the blind open with that would cause problems? Another thing to look for is if there is something in the track where the slats attach to the headrail. Do the vertical blinds close all the way and rotate opened and closed properly? If you can give a few more details I will do my best to help.
