BATHROOM SINK STAIN

I just purchased a 12 year old home that is great condition except for one thing.... a cigarette burn stain in the porcelian bathroom sink. Is there anything that will take it out short of replacing the sink?? Thanks - Tired from moving

hi there..u might try mr clean magic eraser. i know i just posted to a lady with a wood floor dilehemma and gave her the same advice, but these things truly are magic. and if it doesnt work u are no worse for the wear. u will then own a sponge u will love. all u have to do is dampen and rub. no cleaners involved. good luck to you!!

i suppose i should have asked you if the cigarette stain left a pock mark. cause if it melted the sink, then magic eraser wont help. otherwise give it a try and let me know how it went please. im a huge fan of these sponges!! i wish u luck.

Kinda surprisingly...the best thing I've found for cleaning horribly stained sinks is toilet cleaner! I've used 2 different ones, but the best results were with lysol toilet cleaner. good luck!
